 Coming soon to Las Palmas Villas will be a Residents' Clubhouse and Fitness Center, a gathering place for the exclusive use of Las Palmas residents and guests. The Clubhouse, slated to begin construction in early 2008, has been designed to complement the facilities available at the neighboring Residents' Beach Club, not duplicate them·propviding Las Palmas owners with even more ways to enjoy life in Punta Mita. Here you'll be able to get in 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on lifecycles, riding stationary bikes, pumping iron and more, with personal trainers available by appointment. After your workout, swim a few laps in the pool, take a whirlpool or steam bath, or simply relax with friends within the "library style" atmosphere of the Clubhouse and recount how lucky you are to be an owner at Las Palmas. |
